Keyrun Rao

Keyrun Rao

A dreamer and an aspiring filmmaker, Keyrun Rao started his career as a glorified peon at a Company Secretary’s office. He then graduated to dotcom marketing in a city where nobody had heard of the internet. After a short stint as a crime journalist, Keyrun shifted to Mumbai after getting a job at a BPO here. Having spent four years there, he realized the pointlessness of his existence and joined an advertising agency as a trainee copywriter where he earned a fraction of what he made as a call centre employee but rediscovered his love for words. He is now penning his own film scripts at nights, and writes for BollywoodLife during the day. Keyrun has a very soft corner for indie cinema and Old Monk rum.
