Biography: Taylor Kitsch started his career in the entertainment business as a model before getting his small screen break in NBC sports teen drama television series Friday Night Lights. He was a part of this series for five seasons. The show was a success and got positive reviews. He was next seen in the supernatural thriller The Covenant, which had a lukewarm response at the box office. He has gone on to act in a number of films after such as X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009), Battleship (2012), John Carter (2012), Savages (2012), The Grand Seduction (2013), Lone Survivor (2013) and The Normal Heart (2014). He has also been a part of movies such as John Tucker Must Die, Snakes on a Plane, Gospel Hill and The Bang Bang Club. For his portrayal of the role of Bruce Niles in The Normal Heart (2014), Kitsch won the Online Film & Television Associations’ Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture or Miniseries.
