She was christened Beti B by the media and the name stuck. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s four month old baby finally has a name now – Aaradhya Bachchan.
For months people have been speculating the new member of the Bachchan family’s name. Rumours were rife that Amitabh Bachchan had named her Abhilasha but the star later denied it. In spite of constant probing at every event, the Bachchans refused to divulge the li’l one’s name. The family finally registered the name two days ago as Aaradhya. The Hindu meaning of the name ‘Aaradhya’ for a girl is ‘worship or to be worshipped’. Being born in one of the most star studded families we are sure she’s already got her fan following.
