Akshay Kumar to donate Rs 2 crore for ice hockey

Akshay Kumar’s latest production Speedy Singhs will soon be hitting the screens all over. The film is based on the sport of ice hockey. During the filming of this movie, Akshay got interested in the sport and decided to donate Rs 2 crore to the Ice Hockey Association of India (IHAOI). The actor and the makers of Speedy Singhs have now taken it upon them to promote the sport within the country. Akshay who is known for his association with all kinds of sports had donated about the same amount of money for an annual karate tournament early this year. Khiladi Kumar has indeed outdone it this time! Speedy Singhs releasing on September 23 has been written by the main lead of the film, Vinay Virmani.
