Asha Bhosle’s daughter Varsha Bhosle commits suicide

In a shocking incident, veteran singer Asha Bhosle’s daughter Varsha committed suicide at her Peddar Road residence in Mumbai on October 8. Early reports indicate that Varsha Bhosle shot herself. Asha Bhosle was shooting Singapore in connection with a concert for the MIFTA Awards when the unfortunate incident took place. In 2008, Varsha tried to commit suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills. She even attempted to kill herself in 2010. Varsha was a divorcee and used to write columns in newspapers and magazines. Police have confirmed that she died after a single gunshot wound in the head.  The 56-year-old was the second of Bhosle’s three children. Reports say that Asha Bhosle is rushing back to Mumbai from Singapore.

What is this? Don’t these kids have even a little common-sense ..?.. Rather than getting inspired from her mom’s struggle in life, this stupid girl committed suicide… No brains at the age of 56!

Hi manasi,
by asking such questions you are obviously proving yourself a “KID”…
Good reply tempskya.Thanks…
Manasi,
It is obvious that you don’t understand medical/emotional science, sufferings of depression patients…and also seems that you have never tried to..
So now its time to “GROW UP” as good human being mentally, emotionally and finally spiritually…….

She obviously suffered from an untreated or under-treated mental illness. She should be mourned, not judged.

Thanks Tempskya …I too feel very sad about the incident..
Depression can attack anyone ..And such patient needs not only support of the SINGLE family member but all others in the SOCIETY..by loving, caring, sharing him and not by blaming or neglecting him.Physiciatrist medicines are must as they controll the severity but still much more is needed consistently..LOVNG,CARING..Selfishness,inhumanity all must be reduced which compel patient to hate and finally leave life.
Our future generation must be saved!!!
