Emraan Hashmi, Dibakar Banerjee face legal music for ‘Bharat mata ki jai’ from ‘Shanghai’

It’s slightly late in the day, but a group of people have woken up to the controversial song Bharat mata ki jai from Dibakar Banerjee’s Shanghai. Two residents of Jodhpur, Vikas Sharma and Akash Ojha representing a religious voluntary organisation, Parshuram Sewa Dal have filed a petition at the local court, against the duo for mocking the motherland in the song. They feel the  lyrics of Bharat mata ki jai offend sentiments of patriotic people. Following the legal orders from the Jodhpur court, a case has been registered against Emraan Hashmi – on whom the song is picturised – and director Dibakar, at the local police station. So far neither the actor nor the director has reacted to the court’s order.Subscribe to me on YouTube

another serious and oouvbis flaw here is: 6% say they DONT want to see aamir in theatres( the none’ column) , but only 5% of them dont want to see shahid. that my friend is UNBELIEVABLE. with all due respect to your methods of surveying and if its ur survey that is not at fault..then i fear the sample is non-representative.
