First Telugu, Tail and Kannada films caught Salman Khan’s fancy of remaking them in Hindi, now the Bodyguard star is smitten by Marathi films. According to reports the superstar will be producing Hindi remake of a couple of successful Marathi films – Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy and Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho. While Salman will only produce Me Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy, a drama inspired by Maratha warrior Shivaji, he is going to produce and act in Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho that looks at the flaws in the Indian education system. Both films were directed by Salman’s friend Mahesh Manjrekar and he will also helm the Hindi versions. But work on it will begin once the superstar gets some time off from his committed projects. Meanwhile the actor-filmmaker who was last seen with Salman Khan in Bodyguard is working on his next Marathi directorial project. It seems Salman is a man on a remake mission.
