The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority has sent a fresh notice to the superstar for allegedly violating the environmental laws. And it is at the behest of a particular person named Amit Maru who lodged a complained against the superstar. According to a report there are various rules flouted by SRK to construct his dream abode. Apparently the six-storey structure on the Mannat plot has been constructed without taking approval from the coastal agency. As per the norms any construction by the seaside needs permission from the concerned authorities. Also, the plot was originally meant for a public art gallery and two heritage structures stood on it. Again no permission was taken to build a residential property or to demolish the structures. However this is not the first time a legal notice has been sent to the superstar. Back in August 24, 2011 MCZMA had sent the first notice. As for now the RA.One actor is yet to respond the notice.
