The dusky beauty has finally decided to split with her hubby of twelve years
Chitrangda Singh, who went into oblivion after making a sparkling debut with Sudhir Mishra‘s Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi made a sucessesful comeback to Bollywood films few years ago.
The dusky beauty shifted to Mumbai to give her career another shot. But according to the grapevines that did not go down well with her golfer husband Jyoti Randhawa. There were several news reports in the last one year suggesting that not everything was hunky dory in their relationship, but they denied the rumours. Over the last couple of years the couple’s relationship has been in constant scrutiny. A flying birdie once chirped to us that the trouble started when Mr J was found sneaking into a ‘certain’ neighbour’s’ house in the wee hours of night.
When the reporters asked Jyoti about if their were any problems in the marriage, he denied it saying,”I am a very good husband, I like everything she does… We are not able to meet each other as much as we want to. And we have a son, so we try and match our schedules as much as possible. These days, more often, I am staying at home, taking care of our son than she is, as she has a lot of work. Having said that, I’m completely open to the fact that a woman needs to do what she wants to do.”
The couple that had been married for around 12 years has now decided to part ways by mutual consent, at the Gurgaon Family Court. The case was heard by District judge Baljit Singh, who advised the couple to reconsider their decision and also fixed the hearing for next date on November 11, 2013.
