The movie which became the first Bollywood film to enter the coveted Rs 500 crore club, has added another feather to it’s hat…
Last we told you that Amir Khan’s Dhoom:3 smashed all records in Nepal. The movie became the first to collect Rs 6 crore at the box office. The latest update on the movie’s India collections was that D:3 raked in a total of Rs 282 crores leaving Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express far behind which collected Rs 216 crores at the time of it’s release.
To add to it’s laurels, Taran Adarsh recently tweeted that the movie has collected 26.64 million Dollars which converts into a whopping Rs 164.01 crore; and with this, Dhoom:3 has become the highest grosser ever. His tweet read, “Dhoom3 emerges the HIGHEST GROSSER EVER in the international markets as well. 4-week total: $ 26.64 million [₹ 164.01 cr].”
Well, we wish the Dhoom team a hearty congratulations and hope that more of such movies are made, which make India proud in the international markets.
