Buzz about the makers having approached these two actors makes us wonder who is the better choice for the show
If American Idol can become Indian Idol, then why can’t America’s Next Top Model become India’s Next Top Model? Plans to make a desi version of the hit US reality show are on track with BIG CBS Love leading the charge. The latest buzz is that the channel has approached Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Deepika Padukone to be a judge on the show. Other names were tossed about earlier – Lara Dutta, Kareena Kapoor, even Priyanka Chopra – but this is the first time Ash and Dippy are in the running, we hear. Bipasha Basu was approached when Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies first wanted to bring the show to India about two years ago, but that didn’t work out.
Who will make the better judge? Aishwarya or Deepika? Let’s figure it out!
Clearly, we favour Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the judge’s chair. What about you?
