Ajay Devgn disappointed with Narendra Modi’s Union Budget 2014!

The Singham star is clearly not impressed with the new Prime Minister’s first budget presented yesterday

Ajay Devgn’s closeness with the new Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a well known fact. However looks like he is not very pleased with the budget that was presented yesterday. The actor particularly feels that concerns haunting the film industry have been left out.

Ajay was amongst the few Bollywood guys who openly discussed the Union Budget 2014. The actor come entrepreneur was clearly well-versed with the aspects discussed by Finance minister Arun Jaitley. He wrote on his microblogging page, “I feel #Budget2014 is a very balanced budget overall. Thanks to @narendramodi and @arunjaitley. Particularly excited to see the emphasis on encouraging entrepreneurs & youth, who will drive the next wave of growth in India. But disappointed that nothing mentioned or planned for film industry despite the no. of issues we face and approach Government.”

While the Singham Returns hero felt that the budget was balanced otherwise, he did express his disagreement on the new government giving Bollywood and film fraternity a cold shoulder.
