The Singham leading man has become the most in demand actor of Bollywood

Apart from Salman Khan, it is his buddy Ajay Devgn whose diary is chock-a-block. Currently the Singham actor is juggling shooting schedules of Priyadarshan’s Tezz and David Dhawan’s Rascals. A few days back, he returned from the Rascals shoot in Thailand. Other than films with Rohit Shetty (Bol Bachchan), Vishal Bhardwaj (a satire opposite Anushka Sharma), Ashwini Dheer (Son of a Sardar with Sonakshi Sinha) and a another remake with Priyadarshan, the 40-plus actor has signed a couple of films with producer Vashu Bhagnani, too. If all goes well, for the first time the versatile actor will team up with filmmaker Sajid Khan. Currently the Housefull director is busy shooting the sequel of his last film, so he has not given any thought to the script with Ajay. However it is rumoured it will be a laugh riot. And if that is the genre, let’s wait and watch if the Golmaal actor excels at Sajid’s style of slapstick comedy also. Since the beginning of 2010, the father-of-two has had a good standing at the box office, thus making him a hot favourite among producers and directors. And trade reports say that post Singham he has hiked his fees. Now that’s what we call making hay while the sun shines!
