Akshay was a fabulous host: Dina Vindu Singh
The pretty lady recalls how he would make them laugh (and cry) on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Torchaar
First it was Vindu Dara Singh, and now it is his wife Dina’s turn to be impressed with Akshay Kumar. The Khiladi Kumar is back as host of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Torchaar and one of the contestants is Dina. The pretty lady has only good things to say about Akshay and the time spent together on the sets of the show, even though the stunts were unexpectedly dangerous. The contestants had to sometimes go without sleep for long hours, and they had to be fit enough for the torturous stunts. All the participants would wake up every day thinking about the next ‘torture’ and go to sleep analysing their performance that day. The only saving grace was Akshay himself. Says Dina, “Akshay was a fabulous host and we could not wish for anyone better! Sure, he would make all of us cry, but he would also make us laugh and break the tension on the sets that built up before we performed a stunt. He was great and treated all of us as equals.” Well, well Dina. What more could you ask for?
