We look at this week’s celebs who nailed it and others who failed it
We are happy to report that this week’s ‘best and worst dressed celebs’ list has witnessed the entry of new names like Surveen Chawla and Humaima Malik as opposed to Parineeti Chopra and Shrdaddha Kapoor.
On the other hand, new entrant Emraan Hashmi has replaced our consistent topper Sidharth Malhotra. So are they the best or worst dressed? Read on to find out:
This Pakistani beauty has certainly impressed us with her fashionable stints. She was seen wearing a short black v neck dress which she topped with a stylish white blazer. She completed her look with creme stilettos and a snazzy metallic belt that added spunk to her chic look. Well, if every Pakistani actor is as gorgeous as Humaima, we ain’t complaining!
Sexy in black, Varun is back. This Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania star never fails to make it to our best dressed list every week. He was seen wearing a funky black boatneck tee along with blue cargos and grey boots. The stubble he wore, added a grungy touch to the chocolate boy’s face, making him look hot indeed. Keep it up Mr Dhawan.
We can’t get enough of this hottie’s unique style statements and fashionable ways. Looks like Alia likes to stay at par with Varun as she yet again has managed to dazzle us with her attire. She was seen wearing a Dolce and Gabbana bralet which she topped with a black pencil skirt and baby pink heels from Zara. The highlight of her look was the spunky Forever 21 ear cuff which she finished her look with. Two thumbs up for this one!
This yummy daddy of B-town has been missing from the limelight for quite a while now. However we were happy to see the star posing for the shutter bugs at the premiere of Pizza 3D. The Delhi Belly actor wore a black tee with grey pants and brown boots. He completed his look with a classy navy blue blazer, that gave the casual look a hint of formality. Looks like Aamir has taught nephew well!
We are aware of Emraan Hashmi’s tapori look in his upcoming film Raja Natwarlal, which he recently showcased for the nation to see. However looks like the Murder 2 actor got carried away with the style as he was seen donning a similar one at the trailer launch of the film.Wearing a blue and red checked shirt with khakee colored pants, Emraan looked unimpressive and a tad bit too casual. What made it worse was the unflattering denim jacket and a pair of gaudy shades which he chose to complete his look with. A white colored shirt with the khakee colored pants along with a black blazer could have done the trick. Better luck next time Mr Natwarlal!
The Hate Story 2 actor was spotted wearing an ultra white outfit for the promotions of the film which proved to be an out and out snooze fest. She donned a white net top with a pencil skirt of the same colour, not to mention the pointed ballet flats, white again.A little bit of experimentation with colors could have added a funky touch to the beauty’s bland look, say a pair of red heels or accessories like a long chain or a snazzy pair of earrings.
The Holiday actor was spotted wearing a an ASOS crop top with a pencil skirt from Zara along with black stilletos. The look on the whole came across as dull and made the beauty look uncomfortable in her skin. Sonakshi could have topped the crop top with a skirt of a different color say a beige or a white. A pair of golden heels could have been worn by her to complete the look and break the black. Well we love a woman in black but not too much of it!
This Marathi mulga almost always comes close to getting it right but fails, courtesy; an unflattering jacket offcourse. The Lai Bhaari actor was spotted at the success bash of his box office hit Ek Villain, where he was seen wearing a black tee with jeans and monochrome sneakers. What ruined it all was the shimmering and gaudy black leather jacket which he chose to complete his look with. The outfit would have been perfect minus the jacket. Get rid of that jacket asap Riteish!
