We hear the actor will play a negative role in her next film

Post the recent controversy where she first claimed and later denied Sanjay Dutt had misbehaved with her, we now hear that she is ready to do a similar act in her upcoming film, Shortcut Romeo. Ameesha has agreed to play a scheming woman who makes life hell for the protagonists. The petite actor has usually stuck to sweet, girl-next-door roles in most of her films – except Humraaz – but now she is ready to drop her goody goody image for, well, the better good of her career.

We hear that Ameesha loves playing the baddie and she took up the role as a challenge. She’s been working hard on it and her evil chemistry with Neil Nitin Mukesh for this thriller. Let’s hope her career does get a boost. Maybe then she can stop attending sangeet ceremonies in those itsy-bitsy blouses.
