Arjun Kapoor got slightly emotional as he received an award for his first film Ishaqzaade recently. Kapoor, along with thanking his dad Boney Kapoor, his late mom Mona Kapoor and his close friends, made sure he also named the person who played an integral role in making him what he is today. “I was not exactly ready to be an actor; Salman saw something in me and till today I wonder what, and he has never even told me what he saw in me. But I am grateful to him for all that he has done for me,” said Arjun. The Kapoor kid used to be very fat at one point in time, and Sallu bhai is the one who asked him to shed those kilos, get into shape and try his hand at acting on the big screen.
