Arjun Kapoor feels ‘Ishaqzaade’ is not a dream launch!

Don’t get the wrong idea! All the Kapoor boy is trying to say is that he is grateful to Aditya Chopra for choosing to present him in a different way

Arjun Kapoor was initially supposed to make his debut in Bumpy’s film Virus Diwan which was being produced by Y Films (A part of YRF). For some reason it got stalled and then Ishaqzaade fell into Arjun’s lap. Like other star kids even he had thought that his debut film will be a mushy romcom, but little did he know that there will be such a wild twist in the tale.

The excited Kapoor Jr said in an interview, “Today I realise that Ishaqzaade doesn’t have the kind of look, feel and setting that could be termed as a debutante’s dream launch. I guess that’s the beauty of debuting with YRF because they wanted to present me differently.” He further added, “I blindly trusted in Adi. To have someone like him put his money on you is a big thing by itself. There was no way I was going to sit down and ask for a script first. I started preparing for the film even as the script took its final shape.”

Wethinks irrespective of whatever the genre of the film is, it’s a dream come true if you are being launched by the biggest production house in Bollywood. Do you agree with us?
