As is the trend these days, many celebs have wished the nightingale on a micro-blogging site. Filmmaker Karan Johar posted a message, “I had the privilege and honour of working with her on K3G…happy birthday to the eternal and ethereal voice of india…the legend…LATAJI.” Music director Vishal Dadlani tweeted, “Happy Birthday to @mangeshkarlata Ji, the absolute Queen of pitch and expression, the definitive voice of India.” Neil Nitin Mukesh kept it short: “Happy birthday Lataji !” Boman Irani, who was busy conducting his Bollywood quiz, tweeted, “In all the confusion forgot to wish Lataji, A very happy birthday!!!!!!”Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh made a confession by tweeting, “Lata Mangeshkar’s birthday today. I’m a diehard Asha Bhonsle fan but nobody sings better than Lata Mangeshkar.
