The young actor, Aanchal Munjal is playing a grown up Pihu and the 16-year-old is nervous and hopes she too gets the same love and affection from the viewers that Amrita Mukherjee received
Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, has taken an eight-year leap and Amrita, who played five-plus Pihu, has been replaced by Aanchal Munjal.
“I am feeling very nervous because the younger Pihu (Amrita Mukherjee) was loved a lot… everyone love her (even now),” said Aanchal on the set of the show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. “I hope that they are able to accept this Pihu (me) and love her as much as they loved younger Pihu,” she added.
Aanchal, earlier seen as Raavi in Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi, hopes to learn from senior actors like Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor, who play her parents in the show. “I am sure I will get to learn a lot from Sakshi ma’am because whenever I have worked with senior actors, I have always picked up something from them,” replied Aanchal, who has worked in films like We Are Family and Aarakshan. “Sakshi ma’am is very humble, very down to earth and adorable,” she added.
