BARFI! quick movie review: Ranbir Kapoor is magical!

This is what our critic has to say about the Ranbir Kapoor-Priyanka Chopra-Ileana D’Cruz film, as she took a break during the interval

Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Ileana D’Cruz’s film Barfi! is releasing this Friday, but our reviewer Suparna Thombare is watching it at a special screening right now. And she can’t stop raving about Ranbir’s performance and also the movie’s cinematography.

Here’s what she had to say about Barfi!: “Ranbir is superb – magical, in fact. Priyanka’s character is just coming to life towards the end of the first half, as the story unfolds at a leisurely pace. The cinematography is beautiful. Director Anurag Basu creates some beautiful moments that will stay with you long after. The music just adds to the experience of watching a visually beautiful movie with a heart.”

Ultimate! Yes, that’s what it seems. I think the movie is gonna be amazing. Priyanka and Ranbeer seem to be so into it. The concept also seems to be amazing. Like really! I’m so gonna book my ticket at Wave Cinemas and watch this movie!
