Bipasha Basu will not work with John Abraham!

The Bengali bombshell is not comfortable working with her ex-boyfriend in Sanjay Gupta’s Shootout at Wadala. So Priyanka Chopra is likely to be roped in for the role

When Bipasha Basu was approached to perform a mujra in Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming cop-thriller Shootout at Wadala, the dusky beauty readily agreed to do her jiggy thing. The 33-year-old had no qualms about working in the film in spite of knowing that her estranged boyfriend John Abrham had a prominent role in the production.

But while Bips was willing to do just a dance number in SAW, she didn’t know that she was required to do a couple of scenes with John too. When Bipasha heard about these new developments in the script, she chose to walk out of the film instead of facing her ex.

And now we hear that the makers of Shootout At Wadala are trying to rope in Priyanka Chopra to do the role. Priyanka, who is currently occupied with her latest release – Barfi!, co-starring Ileana D’Cruz and Ranbir Kapoor - will soon get busier with the film’s promotional activities. She also needs time to understand the importance of her role in Sanjay Gupta’s star-studded film. We also hear that PeeCee has already clarified that she would charge a hefty sum if she accepts the role, probably because she is the second choice for the film. Also Chopra’s much-talked about music album and its promotions will take up her time in the days to come.

Though Bipasha being replaced by Priyanka may seem like a professional move, one hears that Bips’s ex-flame Johnny boy is actually flexing his muscle power to keep her at bay. What is the real story? We have no idea….not yet. The truth, however fiercely guarded, will one day come out!
