A new film award is announced in B-town every other day. So we know you are bored with them already. Then why come up with the BollywoodLife Awards? We thought we should have some fun with annual honours, and also make sure our readers have fun, which is why we exist, right? So while we do have some serious categories here and there, it’s gonna be more a different take on Bollywood – as someone watching from the sidelines and not quite a part of the goings-on in the Hindi film industry. We have zeroed in on a few categories. So take a look, cast your vote and, based on what you think, the winners will be announced on January 1, 2012 on bollywoodlife.com. Voting ends December 28, 2011.

Categories and nominations:

• Biggest Casanova of Bollywood: Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Salman Khan.

• Best Khan of 2011: Aamir Khan – Dhobi Ghat, Delhi Belly; Shahrukh Khan – Ra.One, Don 2, Salman Khan – Ready, Bodyguard, Bigg Boss 5, HISTORY Channel.

• Most tragic real-life love story of 2011: Ranveer-Anushka, Shahid-Priyanka, John-Bipasha.

• Who will be the best Khan in 2012? – Aamir Khan – Dhoom:3, Talaash, Shahrukh Khan – YRF film with Katrina; Salman Khan – Ek Tha Tiger, Sher Khan, YRF film; Saif Ali Khan – Agent Vinod, Cocktail, Race 2.

• Best onscreen zombies: Nargis Fakhri in Rockstar, Sonam Kapoor in Mausam, Kareena Kapoor in Bodyguard and RA.One, Asin in Ready.
