Anurag Kashyap is on a roll. The filmmaker is emerging on the world map as one of the most intelligent filmmakers from India, who dares to portray radically different stories on the big screen. After giving us cinematic treats such as of Black Friday and Dev D, Kashyap showed his prowess as a hatke filmmaker by making Gangs Of Wasseypur last year. The movie had received a standing ovation at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival in 2012. This year too Kashyap gave the discerning Cannes’ audience yet another delicious venture – Ugly.
