Actors from the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali and Bhojpuri industry sashayed down the red carpet that led to the curtain-raiser event of Celebrity Cricket League 2013. And among the ones we spotted were Chitrangda Singh, Sunil Shetty, Aftab Shivdasani, Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu, Andrew Symonds, Bharti Singh, Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, Sridevi, Ayesha Takia, Boney Kapoor, Kajal Aggarwal, Kangna Ranaut, Rana Daggubati, Genelia D’Souza Deshmukh, Raima Sen, Mohanlal, Shruti Haasan, Arpita Khan, Priyamani, Samir Kochhar, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Jaysuriya, Laxmi Manchu, Sonal Sehgal and Venkatesh.
The event was hosted by Riteish Deshmukh (seated on a red throne) and Ayushmann Khurrana. Katrina enticed everyone with her Chikni Chameli moves and Sallu, along with Sunil Shetty, entertained those present at Reliance Studios, Film City, Goregaon, Mumbai for the big night. But it was Bipasha Basu and Andrew Symonds’ jodi that earned the biggest round of applause. Katrina also unveiled the CCL cup as the crowd cheered with delight.
