CCL has begun and it’s that time of the year when you will see celebs cheering and hooting for the teams that they are supporting
The first two matches of the Celebrity Cricket League took place on February 9 between Chennai Rhinos and Bhojpuri Dabanggs, and Kerala Strikers and Mumbai Heroes. While Salman Khan was seen rooting for Mumbai Heroes, Mammooty was spotted boosting the morale of Kerala Strikers. Superstar Manoj Tiwari – captain of Bhojpuri Dabangg – was seen in a euphoric mood as his team defeated Chennai Rhinos quite effortlessly. He was seen posing with his Bhojpuri babes who were his arm candy on the ground.
While the Dabangg dudes celebrated their victory by shaking a leg at the stadium, the happiness of the Kerala Strikers too knew no bounds as they won their first match against Mumbai Heroes. Sunil Shetty – captain of Mumbai Heroes – looked disappointed, and so did Chitrangda Singh, who is the brand ambassador of the team.
Victorious grins, droopy faces – everything on the stadium was about glamour and sportsman spirit. Many more matches to go, we wait to see who takes the competition in their stride, and who emerges as the ultimate winner…
