The Saif Ali Khan-Deepika Padukone-Diana Penty-starrer is doing extremely well in metros and smaller towns
Friday the 13th has proved lucky for Cocktail. It may have been aimed at a niche multiplex-going audience, but the film opened very well across centres. Going by the collections, it seems both the urban audience and those in the second tier towns have embraced the film.
The Saif Ali Khan-Deepika Padukone-Diana Penty-starrer opened to an average 90 percent occupancy rate in multiplexes, with several shows going housefull. The movie earned Rs 10.75 crore in the domestic box office on July 13, the day it was released. Collections jumped to Rs 11.75 crore the next day. Early estimates suggest that the film collected Rs 13 crore on Sunday. This means that Cocktail has earned Rs 35.50 crore in the opening weekend in India.
The movie is faring very well overseas too. In USA, it earned USD 220,000 on the first day alone. Friday and Saturday’s collections in the UK totalled to GBP 201,627 and to AD 117,014 in Australia. Since the film was made at a budget of Rs 30 crore, it looks like Cocktail is definitely a hit.

Thats good movie i love this very good
