The two leading men were honoured in a star studded ceremony in one of the most happening awards on the small screen

Although the winners of the Golden Petal Awards 2012 are a super secret and weren’t supposed to be revealed before December 30, we did promise to let out the names of some of the winners who walked away with the trophy. And here they are – at the award ceremony, where the denizens of telly-land, mixed and mingled with filmi folks, two lucky men – Samir Soni and Vivian Dsena walked away with the top honours.

Samir Soni won the award for the Most jaanbaaz personality for his role as Kunal Chopra in the hit television soap Parichay – Nayee Zindagi Kay Sapno Ka. Vivian bagged the coveted trophy for the Most Lokpriya Naya Sadasya for playing the superstar RK aka Rishabh Kundra in Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon.

Another talented actor to win the award for the most Tez Taraar Personality is Hema Singh for playing Imarti Devi in the show Kairee: Rishta Khatta Meetha
