Deepika making cookies? Imagine that!

That’s exactly what she did on Simi Garewal’s new TV show

First it was Ranbir Kapoor and now it’s former flame Deepika Padukone who took everyone by surprise on Simi Selects India’s Most Desirable. While Ranbir strummed the guitar, Deepika actually cooked on the set! Yes, we know she can model, act and dance, but cook? When Simi asked the gorgeous actor what the one thing is that people don’t know about her, much to our surprise Deepika replied, “I can bake yummy cookies.” She was so enthusiastic about it that a fully functional kitchen was arranged for her immediately. Deepika, dressed in a one-shoulder siren-red gown, had no qualms in covering her hands in flour and baking her favourite cookies right then and there, much to the audience’s delight. Even Simi was surprised at Dippy’s talent. What we would love to know is how she manages to gorge on those cookies and still look so svelte. Maybe she will reveal that talent the next time she is on the show. What say, Deepika?
