Did Bipasha Basu put her own brand before the one she endorses?

The fitness freak recently launched her first line of accessories called The Trunk Label. But is that clashing with her other endorsements?

Bipasha Basu’s films may not be very successful in making it to the headlines. But this fitness goddess leaves no stone unturned to grab attention. Recently, Bips visited stores of a jewellery brand in Chandigarh, Manimajra and Yamunanagar for the launch of their new collection, a limited edition for this season.

We hear that the dusky siren was given a number of sets to choose from to flaunt at the launch. However, when she made her appearance, the actor was spotted sans any accessories at all!

Bipasha had chosen a pink and yellow wide necked Manish Malhotra outfit and had let her hair down, a side swept fringe trailing over her forehead. Ideally, at a jewellery launch, actors are seen wearing lots of jewels, often too many, to promote the brand. So it was kinda surprising to see Bipasha in a very de-glam avatar with a bare neck at the first anniversary celebration of Maya Jewels jewellery retail chain. Did it have anything to do with the fact that she recently launched her own line of accessories? Is her personal brand clashing with her brand endorsement commitments for Gitanjali?

Looks like the Bong babe doesn’t want her fans to be torn between The Trunk Label and the precious jewellery she endorses, which is why she chose to attend an event without any ornaments, hai na?
