Looks like the channel that airs Bigg Boss, doesn’t want to keep any association with the Dabangg Khan anymore
That Salman Khan is doing a reality show which will talk about social causes is a stale fact. It was also reported that Sallu’s new reality show would be aired on Colors – the same channel which airs Bigg Boss. However, it looks like the channel has now ditched Sallu miyaan big time, as it no longer wants to air this show. But why?
“The tentative title of the show is Paanch Ka Punch and it is a fun show that promises a lot of entertainment along with a strong social message. Having liked the concept, Salman has already given it his nod. Accordingly, Siddharth Basu’s production house first approached the said channel. But they have now turned it down as they felt that Salman hosting another show on their channel would amount to an overdose for their audiences,” a source was quoted by a tabloid.
We wonder if that’s the real reason, or is that they don’t intend to keep any sort of association with the Dabangg Khan after a series of tamashaas that took place during Bigg Boss 7. Quite possible, no?
Now that Colors is not interested in working with Salman, which channel will air his new show? “Salman is keen to do this show and the production house is in talks with other channels for this show. They have now approached rival entertainment channel Zee TV,” the source was further quoted.
Anyway, if not Colors, we are sure that there will be many takers for this show. After all, who wouldn’t like to make an association with Salman, hai na?
