Salman Khan is known to stand by his friends. So when his jigri dost Ajay Devgn found himself in a sort-of war with the team of Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Sallu decided to back him. “Ever since he and Ajay worked together in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam way back in 1999, the two have remained thick friends. Thanks to YRF’s clout, SOS could suffer. So Salman has taken things in his own hands now,” a feathered friend revealed.

So has Salman locked horns with the exhibitors who have blocked their screens for the Shahrukh Khan-Anushka Sharma-Katrina Kaif starrer? Naah! Hot goss suggests that Salman has used his clout to schedule the release of his upcoming movie Kick right on the day when Shahrukh’s Chennai Express is all set to release. Ahem ahem. But has he? Really?

Apparently not. He has only sent feelers into B-town to find out whether his khaas dost’s SOS gets affected in any way; if so, the trouble-makers might have to watch out. And how did he do that? Simply by tweeting, “Pathan Ke Yaar Se Panga Mat lena…Sorry yaar..Diwali bekaar without Son of Sardaar.” Hehehe!
