The ailing superstar who was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati hospital two days back after he complained of uneasiness is recuperating fast
The legendary actor Dilip Kumar was rushed to Lilavati hospital in Bandra on Sunday night. B-town’s thespian had breathing problems and was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
However, latest we hear is that there is no cause of concern. Dilip saab is absolutely stable and his condition is being closely monitored. “Mr Dilip Kumar suffered a myocardial infarction (heart attack) yesterday. All treatment as per protocol was instituted. At present his condition is stable,” stated a press release from Lilavati Hospital.
The 90-year-old legendary actor had undergone an open heart surgery almost 14 years ago, his wife Saira Banu informed the gathered media. “He is stable, and we are praying that he recovers fully. On 13th of this month, he had viral fever for one day and today he felt a little discomfort, so we decided to bring him to hospital,” she had told reporters.
