With news coming in of Hrithik charging Rs 30 crore upfront for Siddharth Anand’s next, B-town is wondering whether the Krrish 3 actor has actually overshot Salman Khan’s latest paycheck
Hrithik Roshan is certainly smiling all the way to the bank. Reportedly, the green-eyed actor has charged a jaw-dropping amount of Rs 30 crore from Fox Star Studios, the producers of his next to be directed by Siddharth Anand. For those who do not yet know Hrithik and Katrina Kaif have officially been signed on by the producers for Anand’s official remake of the Hollywood Tom Cruise-Cameron Diaz starrer Knight And Day.
If our feathered little friend is to be believed, Hrithik has been toying with the ‘price hike’ idea for a long time now and with Siddharth’s next, decided to hike his remuneration by almost 50 percent! Of course, we cannot forget that his star power resulted in the industry getting its first Rs 100 crore film of 2012 – Karan Johar’s Agneepath.
According to what we hear, Hrithik’s latest resolution has irked various Khans and Kumars – especially Salman, who is considered to be the highest paid Bollywood actor. Though Yash Raj Films reportedly paid Sallu Rs 27 crore for Ek Tha Tiger, there were reports that cited that Sallu was paid Rs 100 crore by Ramesh Taurani for his next.
Unlike many other B-town superstars who today prefer to opt for a profit-sharing arrangement, Hrithik has stuck with the straightforward payment model even after he attained super-stardom. Good going, super-boy! But the question still remains – who’s the highest paid actor: Salman or Hrithik? What do you think, BollywoodLifers?

Hrithik is da best actor.he is getting a little against how he gives his best to all his project!
He is such a wonderful actor & so good looking.
Sallu’s film is doing well with his luck, without any story or acting skill.
Dat’s Y Hrithik is da choice for mega budget Hollywood remake & sallu is da choice for cheap south remake…
