Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani celebrated their sangeet ceremony with much fanfare. Every single guest was dressed to kill. Mother of the bride Hema Malini looked gorgeous as she sportingly posed for the shutterbugs
Esha Deol dazzled in a Rocky S lehenga choli, while Bharat opted for paisley patterned velvet sherwani. The couple looked supremely happy. Although Esha’s ensemble is excessively shiny, we are quite impressed with the way she carries it. She teamed it with an elegant waist accessory and an intricate neckpiece. The groom’s choice fails to fascinate us. All we can say is, we wish Mr Takhtani had not opted for this V-necked disaster.
Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh looked great together. Gen looked super stylish in her short hairdo. Ranveer Singh strutted around in a traditional bandhgala and his moustache complemented his traditional look. Hema Malini dazzled in a peach sari and we must say that she successfully managed to be the cynosure of all eyes.
Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal and Hrithik Roshan, who were reportedly on the guest list, were nowhere in sight. Esha’s cousin Abhay Deol arrived hand in hand with girlfriend Preeti Desai. Ms Desai opted for a pretty Anita Dongre lehenga choli. We hear that the guests danced till the wee hours of the morning. Now that sounds like one helluva happening party, no?
