‘Ferrari Ki Sawaari’ quick movie review: Cute and engaging!

Sharman Joshi is convincing and Boman Irani is superb

Our critic is watching Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s film Ferrari Ki Sawaari right now. Here’s what she thinks of the film, until the interval: “Cute and engaging story. Reminds you of grandma’s tales. Sharman Joshi as Rustom, a father who swears by all rules of life, is convincing. Boman Irani as a grumpy old man is superb. The film is engaging until now. The story revolves around collecting funds to send Rustom’s son to Lord’s Cricket Ground for a cricket camp. And he needs Sachin Tendulkar’s Ferrari for it. The film is a sweet slice of life. And one at which you can’t stop grinning. Top notch entertainer. Let’s wait and watch if the movie keeps us engaged till the end.”

Ferrari Ki Sawaari releases June 15.

Your reviewer’s comments are as cliched as the film. Useless.

I’m really looking forward to watch this movie. Booked myself a ticket at Wave Cinema! I’m happy that the Indian directors are experimenting with different subjects. Plus Sharman Joshi, in my point of view, is an excellent actor. Introducing Sachin’s Ferrari is gonna be a nice idea. Vidhu Vinod Chopra is really gonna hit it.
