Filmfare Awards 2013: Shahrukh Khan and Anushka Sharma pay tribute to 100 years of Indian cinema

The awards ceremony was indeed a special one, as it’s Indian cinema’s centennial year

A teeny-tiny while ago, it was the night of one of the most coveted award ceremonies – the Filmfare Awards. And what made the evening more special – apart from the glittering stars – was the fact that in 2013, Indian cinema completes a 100 years.

So what khaas thing did our B-towners do? Shahrukh Khan sprinkled a bit of his magic, as he danced in yesteryear Hindi cinema costumes and paid tribute to the filmi century. Then we even had Anushka Sharma, dressed in the costume of a courtesan, enticing the crowd with her graceful thumkas.
