GANGS OF WASSEYPUR success party: Rs 100 crore not too far now!

Anurag Kashyap and his motley tribe of cast and crew came together to celebrate their first tryst with commercial success

Though director Anurag Kashyap has been in the industry for a long time and has made some good films, box office success had always been a distant dream for him. So we were really surprised when we received an invite for the success party of his latest gangster flick, Gangs of Wasseypur. With only one well-known name in the cast – Manoj Bajpayee – the makers have managed to come up with a sleeper hit.

The success party began with lyric writer Varun Grover taking a dig at Kashyap, who has just bought himself a new car. Grover said, “After No Smoking released Kashyap had trouble even hiring a taxi and post That Girl In Yellow Boots, things got even worse.” Anurag, who was very happy and almost floating around, took all the bouquets and brickbats that were showered on him.

Most of the cast and crew of Gangs of Wasseypur were present at the event, and everyone was in a jubilant mood. The highlight of the evening was when the trailer of the second part of the film was shown. The sequel looks impressive and if the BO figures that were mentioned at the event are real, the makers are not far away from joining the elusive Rs 100 crore films’ list, wethinks!Subscribe to me on YouTube

You will drive yourself crazy with this. No one can help her until she is ready to help herslef, and it seems like she likes where she is. Sorry. If she has no money, she is most likely trading sex for drugs. If you see no marks on her arms, she probably has found new veins to use. Ankles, tongue, between fingers or toes, the possibilities are nearly endless. Unless you are a glutton for punishment or want to enable her more, you need to distance yourself from her and that lifestyle before you either become part of it or get robbed or killed to support it.
