Has Sonakshi Sinha lost weight post Dabangg 2 shoot?

We like Sonakshi Sinha in her ‘well-rounded’ avatar. The Dabangg 2 star has impressed us with her fine acting skills and her charming persona. She pairs up really well with matured and seasoned actors like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar, but unfortunately, Sona finds it difficult to get films with the younger crop of stars like Shahid Kapoor, Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor who are emerging fast on the scene.
The 25-year-old actor has been denied some meaty roles with young male stars because of her weight. Though she’s doing Lootera opposite Ranveer Singh, many filmmakers fear to cast Sonakshi opposite B-town’s young chocolate boys. So right after her forthcoming release Dabangg 2, where she was required to put on weight to play a pregnant woman, Sonakshi will train hard to lose weight to take on the cut-throat competition in Bollywood. “She had to keep her weight on for this role as she had to turn pregnant. Now since she has completed the film she has lost weight,” said Sonakshi’s Dabangg 2 co-star Salman Khan in an interview.
And true to bhai’s word, Sona has already started training hard to lose weight. We spotted the star at some recent events and were thoroughly impressed by how Sinha has manged to get into good shape. The Sinha babe has certainly decided to prove her critics and those nose-wriggling young male stars wrong. We just hope that we have not spoken too soon about Sona’s weight management skills. 40 crore production cost excluding Salman Khan Fee and 20 crore approx for Marketing and Prints. It seems like exhibitors expect Three Idiots to be crossed but its all based on hype and craze. So if the content is above average it will be the biggest grosser ever due to the huge start. Well, she is working with Imran in Once upon a time in Mumbaai 2, Raveer in Lootera, and Namak with Shahid. Only Ranbir, Arjun and Ayushmann left. Don’t see what all the fuss is about. She has a good mix with seasoned and new actors!!
