Reportedly Farah Khan brokered peace between Vishal-Shekhar and Shahrukh Khan after their tiff over the Lungi song
The tiff between composer duo Vishal-Shekhar and Shahrukh Khan over rapper Honey Singh’s Lungi song is no news to the tinsel town. Reportedly, the composer duo who scored the music for Chennai Express were upset with actor because they were kept in dark about the plan to include a song by Honey Singh in the film. They had even done a no-show on the sets of the music reality show they judge when the Chennai Express actor appeared as celebrity guest.
A little birdie tells us, the discordant notes between both the parties have now petered down. All thanks to director Farah Khan. The duo is scoring the music of Farah Khan’s upcoming film Happy New Year starring Shahrukh Khan that has him as co-producer. Knowing that things could be uncomfortable, she decided to play peacemaker before her film goes on floors.
Our white feathered friend also told us that the Om Shanti Om director made sure that the duo attend Shahrukh’s Eid bash even though Honey Singh was also on the guest list. As it was a festive happy occasion, the mood was set. They made up and things are like before now.
All we can say is, all’s well that ends well.
