Holi special feature: John makes yellow sexy!

Ever since John Abraham emerged from the turquoise blue sea in tiny yellow trunks and slid the swimwear down to provide gawkers with a glimpse of his well-toned, curvaceous posterior in Dostana, the colour yellow has acquired new meaning, redefining sexuality….

B-town filmmakers use different hues to perfection to create a definitive mood. Red has always been synonymous with passionate love and fiery sensuality. But the colour yellow symbolises effervescence, electrifying energy and uninhibited naughtiness. Red represents flamboyance, overt affection and incredible passion. It is used mainly to intensify basic human emotions like love, desire, hatred and anger. Yellow, on the other hand, if used sensibly, can give the same message subliminally, without yelling it out loud.
