Bollywood heroes do lose a lot of sweat and sleep to gain those bulky biceps and muscular abs, but is it outcome of just workout and diet? Maybe not. We find out the truth behind those chiseled looks

Over the past few months John Abraham developed unimaginably huge muscles for his action flick Force. And we hear that Hrithik Roshan is working to lose all the bulk he acquired for Agneepath, aiming for a lean, muscular look in Krrish 3. Before this, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and many others have drastically modified their bodies for some onscreen persona or the other.
