We all know that Aamir and perfectionism go hand-in-hand. Whether it is a film role or a look for a song, the superstar always goes that extra mile to get it right…
If you saw the promo of the Malang song from Dhoom:3 you must have seen that Aamir Khan has paint patterned all over his body. That’s not tattoos, but body art. And because he had to have those designs on him, the Dhoom:3 baddie took three long hours to get ready for the energetic number that also features Katrina Kaif. And to make sure the painting was done to perfection, renowned airbrush make-up artiste Adam Tenenbaum from Los Angeles was brought on board to work on Aamir’s look. The make-up genius used special iridescent cosmetic grade non-toxic paint on Khan’s body, as it is considered to be the safest option for body art. That’s not all. The lead pair was also trained by experts to perform acrobatics and aerial stunts for Malang. Now we understand why the makers had to shell out a whopping Rs 5 crore for this song, hai na?
But what’s more interesting is that you hear a few more lines from the song in the video. And while we weren’t too impressed with this number after watching the promo, this time we sure liked what we heard and saw. Watch the video and tell us what you think about both Aamir’s body art and the song itself.
