Anurag wants his Bombay Velvet team to bond well and he has found an innovative idea to do the same. Read on to know how more
The second shooting schedule of Bombay Velvet starring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma has already kicked off in Sri Lanka. And director Anurag Kashyap has asked the unit members to carry the DVDs of their favourite film along with them. You ask, why? Well, after wrapping up shoot every day, the entire cast and crew would watch movies together and the talented filmmaker thinks it’s the best way for his team to bond. We hear Kashyap has even arranged a projector so that his plan doesn’t fail. Now that’s the kind of director everybody would love working with, hai na?
A unit member of the film told a leading daily, “Anurag likes to watch films with his team and engage in discussions. He will share some DVDs from his extensive collection too. The location is around six hours from the Colombo airport by road and there isn’t much by way of entertainment. So the best option is to spend time together watching movies. Ranbir (Kapoor) will also join us on occasions.”
Ms Sharma, who was in Auckland spending quality time with her alleged boyfriend Virat Kholi, left for Sri Lanka on Wednesday. We are sure the B-town beauty, her co-star Ranbir and the team Bombay Velvet will have a great time shooting their film and bonding over the same, no?
