Ms Fakhri has only one film in her kitty as of now and yet the babe claims that she is flooded with Bollywood offers. She also believes her not-so-great Hindi isn’t creating any obstacles in her filmi career. Okay, so who is buying this story? Not us…
We admit that Nargis Fakhri looks super sexy but when it comes to acting and more importantly speaking fluent Hindi, the babe sure has a long way to go. But the Rockstar starlet seems to think otherwise. In a recent interview the foreign import said, “There is no less offers because of my language problem. If I get a script, I understand it when I read it.” Well, maybe Nargis has indeed improved her Hindi but we aren’t sure how many offers have come her way off late. Uday Chopra’s alleged girlfriend has only one release at the moment– Main Tera Hero and we all know that she isn’t the lead heroine in this one too. It’s a multi starrer romantic comedy co-starring Varun Dhawan and Ileana D’Cruz. Yes, she had Shaukeen remake alongside superstar Akshay Kumar, but the actor apparently ditched the project at the nth minute for a Hollywood venture. Now we wonder if this had something to do with Nargis not being comfortable with Hindi. Even if it wasn’t, we are sure her being unprofessional hasn’t gone unnoticed by everybody, Akki for one is very very upset with the babe. Also, her past record isn’t that flattering too – she received a lot of flak for her acting in Rockstar and though Madras Café was a critically acclaimed film, it was John Abraham’s movie all the way. Ms Fakhri hardly had a role in this political thriller, hai na? So why brag about Hindi film offers, missy?
Considering unlike the Sri Lankan beauty Jacqueline Fernandes, Nargis Fakhri doesn’t even have a superstar Salman Khan backing her up. Even when UK import Katrina Kaif entered Bollywood, she was almost wooden like Nargis. But with Bhai guiding her career, Kat slowly climbed up the success ladder in Bollywood. Sadly that’s not the case with the Main Tera Hero actor. Yes, she does have Uday Chopra, who knows maybe all the Bollywood offers that Ms Fakhri is referring to are coming from that way, wink wink!
We understand learning a new language is difficult and so is acting but what we fail to understand is why give statements that can’t be justified.
