Yes, Karan Johar who is super-happy with the success of his co-production, Abhishek Varman’s directorial venture, 2 States , needs to wait the much deserving celebratory bash. The Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer received a big welcome at the box office and KJo is definitely in the mood to celebrate with a grand bash. The 41-year-old filmmaker is waiting for Sajid Nadiadwala to return from Poland where the latter is busy with Salman Khan’s next big-budget flick Kick.
Our secret birdie tells us that Sajid Nadiadwala had originally bought the film adaptation rights to Chetan Bhagat’s book with the same title. After that KJo approached Nadiadwala and asked the producer to come on board. Now that the response to the film is phenomenal, the duo wants to let loose and enjoy the opening their joint venture received at BO. In fact, Karan called up Sajid to congratulate him on their partnership and even informed him that a big party has been put on hold.
