It is a known fact that Sonam Kapoor has worked really hard to get her slender frame. The Kapoor gal weighed 90 kg before she entered the industry. Soon, Sonam worked hard to shed off her excess weight and stay fit.
However due to hectic shooting schedules and lots of travelling, the actor has been irregular with her workout regimes. A source close to Sonam revealed “Since the past eight to ten months, she has been taking it easy because of shooting schedules in Rajasthan and other commitments took a toll on her. Now that she’s in Mumbai (shooting for Arbaaz’s next titled Dolly Ki Doli), she has been training regularly. She makes it a point to work out for two hours every day.”
While talking to a popular daily Sonam said “I’ve never been much of a heavyweight workout person. I mostly rely on pilates, yoga and cardio for fitness, which works to maintain a lean body. However for now, I’ll be undergoing a strict regimen, with moderate weight- training for two hours every day.”
