The Tezz director is back to what he is known for – over the top slapstick comedy

Director Priyadarshan seems to be unfazed by the debacle of his Ajay Devgn-Kangna Ranaut starrer, the action thriller Tezz. He is ready with his next, Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal. The brainless entertainer looks like most of his recent comedies. The only difference this time is that Shreyas Talpade has replaced Akshay Kumar. Nana Patekar is an unusual addition to the brainless flick. Priyan seems to have taken the word ‘slapstick’ quite literally. Frankly, the only bit of the trailer that amused us was when Nana repeatedly slaps Shreyas.

We do not have any expectations from this multi-starrer (if we can call it that) and are worried about having to review it when it releases. Most of the regular suspects of a Priyan film – Om Puri, Neeraj Vora, Rajpal Yadav and Shakti Kapoor – are present in KDM. Newbie Madhurima makes her Bollywood debut with this film. Any plot or decent writing? In a Priyadarshan film?

    For a long time there has not been a really beautiful girl on the National Bollywood scene – after Madhuri dixit, Aishwarya Rai…..i think it is Madhhurima who can fill that gap……wishing her all the best in this competition….you seem to be the BEST

    Madhhurima is superb! Expecting a dhamaal new heroine in Bollywood!! Her pairing with Ranbir Kapoor would seem great

    I am looking forward to some fun and waiting for the film to release. Comedy is difficult to conceptualise and create and Priyadarshan has done that. Also eager to watch the new heroine Madhurima who looks dazzling in the trailers and songs

    The film is quite entertaining – sometimes people just want to loosen up and laugh at light comedies – slapstick or whatever – after a hard days’ work! The actors seem to be amazing and newbie Madhhurima is very very promising for sure! people will definitely come to watch her – she is a treat for the eyes
