KJo teams up with his protégé Shakun Batra to make a 14-minute film for Chivas Studio
Karan Johar is known for juggling too many things at a time. Post the success of his latest teeny bopper romance, Student of the Year, the Dharma Productions’ head honcho and his assistant director Shakun Batra have taken out some time to create a 14-minute film called Strangers in the Night about friendship and bromance. This film has been specially made for Chivas Studio, which is a three-day event that fuses the finest in photography, sculpture, jewel craft, music and fashion. It brings together celebrated artistes from diverse creative forms from across the country.
Karan says, “I’ve been associated with Chivas Studio for the last two years and have attended prestigious festivals like New York, Cannes amongst others for them. It’s a rich blend of cinema, art and music where popular artists from different parts of the country come together to showcase their talent.”
Sounds interesting, Karan… We can’t wait to watch how Karan and Shakun’s collaboration has turned out to be.
