After gaining popularity for his astute remarks on the reality dance Show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5, Karan Johar is all set to don the hat of a judge once again, this time for India’s Got Talent
Looks like Karan Johar loves his new role as judge. The 40-year-old filmmaker is currently judging the much popular reality dance show Jhahlak Dikhhla Jaa 5 on Colors. Karan is known for his friendly chatter and his hatke remarks. And now a little birdie tells us that Kjo will soon step in as a judge on another reality show, India’s Got Talent on the same channel. Incidentally anchor Manish Paul, who is hosting Jhalak, will also be presenting India’s Got Talent.
We also hear that yesteryear superstar Dharmendra – along with Kirron Kher and Sonali Bendre – was supposed to judge the show. But his prior commitments for films are keeping the veteran actor busy. So when Karan was approached for India’s Got Talent, he happily agreed to be on the show.
Also, Sonali Bendre will be replaced by the quintessential Munni of Bollywood, Malaika Arora Khan. Though it is interesting to note that the male judge on India’s Got Talent has never been repeated across all seasons, it’s the first time Sonali will not be on the panel. A little birdie also tells us that in this season the show will have four judges and choreographer-turned-Farah Khan is likely to step in as the fourth judge.
